The Studio’s Engineering Standards

Flawless geometry and zero blind outsourcing.

Most cabinet makers assemble closets from pre-cut factory boxes, leaving gaps along uneven walls and ceilings. We approach your space with engineering precision.

We design every detail in AutoCAD and fabricate it in our own workshop. This allows us to integrate floor-to-ceiling closets with no visual compromises or dust-catching gaps.

  • Monolithic Casework

We use eco-friendly premium boards (Egger, Cleaf). The robust frame withstands heavy wardrobe loads without shelf deformation.

  • Mechanics That Never Sag

We install Sevroll or Häfele systems with locking screws alongside industry-standard Hettich and Blum mechanisms. Your doors will glide smoothly for decades.

  • Integrated Lighting

Flush-mounted aluminum LED profiles, automatic illumination upon opening doors or pulling out individual drawers.

The Chief Engineer’s Approach

Built in a workshop, not hacked together in your bedroom.

The market is flooded with assemblers who cut details right in your room, trying to force them to fit crooked walls. I have 30 years of construction experience, including managing the development of 85 high-rise buildings.

To me, a perfect closet is about proper load distribution and joint precision. We do 95% of the cutting and drilling in our own workshop so that only a clean, dust-free installation takes place in your home.

Designed for Your Space

Solutions for perfect organization.

From compact built-in entryway closets to spacious walk-in wardrobes with carefully planned zones. We create systems where everything has its place.

  • Floor-to-Ceiling Built-Ins

Maximum space utilization with no gaps or dust catchers on top. A flawless fit against walls and ceilings, even if they have architectural irregularities.

  • Custom Walk-In Closets

Personalized zoning for clothing, shoes, and accessories. Pull-out systems, wardrobe lifts, and smart, touchless LED lighting for every shelf.

  • Complex Geometry Closets

Engineering solutions for attics, under-stair spaces, or alcoves with non-standard angles. We make “dead zones” work for your comfort.

Our Process

A transparent path to a flawless result. No mess, no stress.

Client Stories

Projects that speak for themselves.

We don’t rely on aggressive advertising. Our reputation is built on complex, successfully delivered projects and client recommendations across Lower Silesia.

Mr. Serhii executed the project exactly as I imagined it. He took a creative approach to the wall-bed doors. The work was done very quickly, and just 2 weeks after signing the contract, I had my wardrobe. A professional approach, solidly built, unhurried, with thoughtful solutions and excellent communication. Many specialists refused to take on this task, claiming it was impossible or that only expensive systems would work here. Mr. Serhii had a vision from the very beginning, and I knew my wardrobe was in good hands.

Kamila

I recommend him with all my heart. Everything went smoothly and according to the plan. He doesn't just build furniture, he actually thinks through the process, which is sometimes hard to find among other professionals. We will definitely use his services again and recommend Mr. Serhii.

Dominika

I wholeheartedly recommend HEDERA and Mr. Serhii! The execution, installation, consulting, and unique designs are at the highest level! We had a lot of furniture made by him, and my only regret is that I didn't know him when we were ordering our kitchen.

Alina P.

Super fast installation, a transparent approach to the client, a completely different level of contractor! Only a week passed from paying for the order to the installation. Everything was exactly as agreed, solid, and professional. I highly recommend him!

Damian

I want to recommend a wonderful professional, Serhii! He can turn your order into reality as if he is reading your mind and wishes. We are extremely satisfied with his work; we ordered a custom wardrobe and a dressing area for the hallway. Serhii knows exactly how to calculate the usable space and give great advice. I plan to continue our cooperation in making custom-sized furniture.

Olha Lisovska

Fantastic! He has very fast turnaround times. Expert service, professional execution. You can agree on and create practically anything on the spot — from cutting a countertop to building a whole custom-sized cabinet. I will definitely be coming back here! Highly recommended.

Project Estimate & Questions

Common Questions

We’ve compiled a list of questions you might have, but if you don’t see yours answered here, feel free to reach out to us.

  • What is the estimated budget for your furniture?

Premium full-size kitchens start at 25,000 PLN. Built-in closets and wardrobes cost from 7,000 PLN, and bathroom furniture starts at 2,500 PLN. All prices are fixed in a detailed estimate after measurement.

  • What is your actual production lead time?

Developing the engineering blueprint takes 3-4 days. Fabrication and cutting take up to 10 days if materials are in stock. The total cycle from your inquiry to the finished installation is usually 30-45 days. For complex custom materials, the timeline can be up to 60 days.

  • How does the payment process work?

We work with a transparent and secure structure: a 50% deposit is paid upon signing the contract, 40% is paid when the ready modules are delivered to the site, and the final 10% is due after successful installation.

  • What guarantees do you provide for the furniture and deadlines?

We provide a 3-year official warranty on the furniture we produce. Additionally, our contract clearly specifies the final installation date, and we bear financial responsibility (penalties) for any delays.

  • Will there be a lot of dust during the furniture installation in my home?

No. About 95% of all processes (cutting, drilling) are completed in our workshop. We bring pre-assembled modules to the site, securely protect your floors, and clean up after ourselves using two industrial wet-dry vacuums.

  • Do you charge for measurements and consultations?

Consultations at our workshop are absolutely free—you can come and touch the material samples in person. An engineer's visit to your site for precise measurements and on-site consultation costs 150 PLN/hour.

  • What hardware do you use and why?

We use industry-standard Hettich systems (the Rolls-Royce of furniture hardware), as well as Sevroll, Häfele and Blum mechanisms. For heavy facades and closets, we often recommend Sevroll because they feature locking screws. You adjust the doors once, lock them, and they never lose alignment for a lifetime.

  • Do you work with renders or AI-generated designs?

Yes. You can send us your 3D renders, Pinterest inspiration photos, or even AI-generated images (e.g., from ChatGPT). We will analyze them, select real-world materials, and develop a precise engineering blueprint tailored to your room's architecture.

  • Do you help with selecting and integrating appliances?

Yes, we will advise you on which brands to choose and which ones to avoid for safety reasons. The most important thing to start designing a kitchen is knowing the exact dimensions of your refrigerator and range hood. Everything else has standardized dimensions that we will perfectly build in without unsightly gaps.

  • What countertops do you recommend for complex projects?

We work with all materials: from high-quality laminate to quartzite and acrylic stone (Corian). Acrylic allows us to create monolithic, seamless surfaces with 45-degree miter joints and integrated sinks. This is perfect for kitchen islands or bathrooms where water must absolutely not penetrate any seams.
