The Studio’s Approach
Engineered by an expert. Built in a workshop, not on an assembly line.
The market is flooded with assemblers who order parts from factories and hack them to fit in your home. Hedera Meble operates differently. I have 30 years of construction experience, including managing the development of 85 high-rise buildings.

Common Questions
We’ve compiled a list of questions you might have, but if you don’t see yours answered here, feel free to reach out to us.
-
What is the estimated budget for your furniture?
Premium full-size kitchens start at 25,000 PLN. Built-in closets and wardrobes cost from 7,000 PLN, and bathroom furniture starts at 2,500 PLN. All prices are fixed in a detailed estimate after measurement.
-
What is your actual production lead time?
Developing the engineering blueprint takes 3-4 days. Fabrication and cutting take up to 10 days if materials are in stock. The total cycle from your inquiry to the finished installation is usually 30-45 days. For complex custom materials, the timeline can be up to 60 days.
-
How does the payment process work?
We work with a transparent and secure structure: a 50% deposit is paid upon signing the contract, 40% is paid when the ready modules are delivered to the site, and the final 10% is due after successful installation.
-
What guarantees do you provide for the furniture and deadlines?
We provide a 3-year official warranty on the furniture we produce. Additionally, our contract clearly specifies the final installation date, and we bear financial responsibility (penalties) for any delays.
-
Will there be a lot of dust during the furniture installation in my home?
No. About 95% of all processes (cutting, drilling) are completed in our workshop. We bring pre-assembled modules to the site, securely protect your floors, and clean up after ourselves using two industrial wet-dry vacuums.
-
Do you charge for measurements and consultations?
Consultations at our workshop are absolutely free—you can come and touch the material samples in person. An engineer’s visit to your site for precise measurements and on-site consultation costs 150 PLN/hour.
-
What hardware do you use and why?
We use industry-standard Hettich systems (the Rolls-Royce of furniture hardware), as well as Sevroll, Häfele and Blum mechanisms. For heavy facades and closets, we often recommend Sevroll because they feature locking screws. You adjust the doors once, lock them, and they never lose alignment for a lifetime.
-
Do you work with renders or AI-generated designs?
Yes. You can send us your 3D renders, Pinterest inspiration photos, or even AI-generated images (e.g., from ChatGPT). We will analyze them, select real-world materials, and develop a precise engineering blueprint tailored to your room’s architecture.
-
Do you help with selecting and integrating appliances?
Yes, we will advise you on which brands to choose and which ones to avoid for safety reasons. The most important thing to start designing a kitchen is knowing the exact dimensions of your refrigerator and range hood. Everything else has standardized dimensions that we will perfectly build in without unsightly gaps.
-
What countertops do you recommend for complex projects?
We work with all materials: from high-quality laminate to quartzite and acrylic stone (Corian). Acrylic allows us to create monolithic, seamless surfaces with 45-degree miter joints and integrated sinks. This is perfect for kitchen islands or bathrooms where water must absolutely not penetrate any seams.
